On each successive repetition, I alternated hands, and at the end of 1-1. 3 sets.The biceps exercise is aimed at filling the biceps region, that is, it increases the thickness of the crossbar so that it becomes larger, at the same time, it decreases the amplitude of the movement. 1-3 sets.The abs exercise itself consists of only three exercises:The main muscle exercises. The first exercise is the abs exercise. I alternated my arms and legs for 30 seconds. the last two minutes are spent on the abs exercise and 30 seconds on the leg press. The second exercise is the biceps exercise. I alternated legs and arms for 30 seconds. the last two minutes are spent on the biceps exercise and 30 seconds on the press. The third exercise is the ankle bend. I did it standing with a straight back and my feet shoulder-width apart. 1-3 sets.The result so far... Abs exercise: Did not decrease in amplitude over a long period of time, nearly 2 months. I did not use special simulators, but completely relaxed, and the press was just large. I did, however, eat right and drink plenty of water regularly. Well, this is good... If the abs exercise is not enough for you, then you can also use biceps exercises, which are much more effective.
